Today, Bethesda officially announced the launch of Elder Scrolls: Legends on PC after a long beta phase. The Elder Scrolls: Legends is a collectible card game developed by Dire Wolf Digital and published by Bethesda.  In this strategic card game, players have access to creatures, characters, deities from across the Elder Scrolls series. While it is a card game, it also explores the depths of the Elder Scrolls lore. Whether you're a fan of competitive card games or just somebody who's interested in diving deeper into the lore of the Elder Scrolls series, Legends has something to offer. Players can download the game for free via their website, and either jump right into the single-player action, or invite friends and online.



Along with the launch of The Elder Scrolls: Legends on PC, Bethesda also announced their very first PVE focused expansion for the game titled, The Fall of The Dark Brotherhood, to be released on April 5th. In this brand new expansion, players put themselves in the shoes of a double agent whose been hired to infiltrate the ranks of the Dark Brotherhood. To take down this infamous guild of assassins players must make careful decisions that ultimately affect the story's ending. The Fall of The Dark Brotherhood takes place before the time of The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim, and will be broken into 3 different sections/maps, introducing over 4o new cards and 25 new missions to the game. By completing story missions in The Fall of The Dark Brotherhood, players will unlock new cards exclusive to the expansion, including three new legendary cards.  

The Fall of The Dark Brotherhood will be purchasable in-game as a bundle, or separately as three different maps. As an attempt to connect the worlds of The Elder Scrolls: Legends and The Elder Scrolls Online, players who purchase the new expansion will also receive the Doom Wolf mount in ESO as a bonus.  For more information on The Fall of The Dark Brotherhood DLC, and an early look at some of the new cards, check out their website.

Further Updates:

- Global iPad Launch March 23: The Elder Scrolls: Legends will release on iPad later this month, making its global mobile debut on March 23. The game will be available for free in the App Store.
- Global Android Tablet Launch April: Following quickly after iPad, the game will also release on Android tablets next month, expanding its reach to millions of additional devices worldwide.
