Since its release in 2016, the farming life simulation game has grown to be a massive success. Now we grow ever closer to its most anticipated feature: Multiplayer.

ConcernedApe, the game's developer, recently tweeted out that the multiplayer update has reached QA.

Stardew Valley multiplayer is in QA and bugs are being fixed at a very good pace!

When asked if the update is primarily the one feature, he expands on what to expect.

The new update includes new single player stuff as well! Multiplayer is kind of just a layer on top of the existing single player game, all game content is the same

QA, meaning Quality Assurance, is one of the final stages of content updates. This means the content is done and they just need to buff out the bugs before its public launch. The details of how multiplayer functionality will work remain unknown.

No official release date has been set for the update. But it has to be very soon, given this rate. Stardew Valley can be purchased on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.
