Sims 4 Finally Gets Toddlers

Sims 4 Finally Gets Toddlers

It's only 2 years late.

In the original Sims game, babies would magically morph into children at a certain point. That all changed when Sims 2 came out. Toddlers were added in to ensure to parent Sims ever got a full night's rest again. They have been a staple of the franchise ever since. That is, until Sims 4 came out and left them out entirely.

For some reason, EA released Sims 4 without toddlers at all. Once again, babies just instantly popped into childhood. It's taken over two since the game's launch for the developers to actually add them into the game. Consider your Sims 4 experience complete.

It's been so long, there have been April Fools trailers for it.

The good news is that this new content comes as a free update. This goes against EA's known reputation to add pretty much everything as paid DLC. So if you haven't touched your copy of Sims 4 for a year or so, you may want to take a look. It finally has content that it should have shipped with.
