Being a lot more generous with their money than Genshin Impact.

Rust is one of those survival games that's always at least a little popular? Like it's got its own culture and a healthy number of users, you just generally don't hear about it in the news. It's doing well enough that the game continues to get routine updates and improvements and will occasionally hold events and the like.

One such event was held recently where players had the opportunity to buy dope mustaches for their characters. For 4 euros a pop, you were able to snag a spiffy mustache, with the money going towards Movember, a charitable event focusing on men's health issues. Well, as it turns out, people like charity almost as much as they like sick mustaches, because it was just announced that over 20,000 people bought these mustaches, which means they've raised over 80,000 euros for charity.

Which is great. For a game defined by cruelty and backstabbing, it's nice that players can still work together to bring some good into the real world.

Anyway that's pretty much it.
