Street Fighter V has been picking up steam in its hype train. As fans, we come to expect familiar faces making a return to the newest installment - faces such as Chun Li, E. Honda, Guile, Ryu, Ken, etc. What we also expect to enter the arena is M. Bison.

Today, M. Bison has been confirmed, via a new gameplay trailer, to join the rosters once again. In the video, M. Bison is seen overpowering Charlie Nash with his Psycho Power. He appears a little different, however.

Perhaps even a little older, judging by the gray hair. Additionally, he's dropped his cape in favor of a trenchcoat of representing colors.

Gameplay wise, M. Bison appears downright amazing and broken. For one, he douses his opponents in psycho energy with even the most basic of his moves. He's able to infuse an opponent with psycho energy by lifting he or she by the face. I believe that the energy is just for show, otherwise it'd be one incredibly broken mechanic.

To make him seem a bit more broken, he now has the ability to deflect energy moves (i.e. Sonic Boomerang, Hadoken), with - you guessed it - psycho energy. His slide is back, he's able to teleport wherever he wishes to dodge even more attacks. He's able to utilize telekinesis to lift the opponent, spin them like a wheel, and drive more psycho energy into them. Let's not forget new moves like the teleporting body stomp.

Then you have his Ultra Ability, which allows Bison to launch the opponent with an aura of psycho energy, teleport into the air, and generate an orb, Kamehameha-style, which he uses to torpedo into - in this case - Charlie Nash. M. Bison now just appears to be a chain monster that's bound to make even the strongest beg for mercy.

Street Fighter V will be available for PlayStation 4 and Windows PC in 2016.
