Parkasaurus, the popular indie dinosaur zoo management game, is about to get real wet and wild. The games next DLC will be all about sea monsters!

Announced in a blog post and new store page, Parkasaurus - Sea Monsters is the games first official DLC. As you can probably guess, its based all around prehistoric aquatic life. From fish to reptiles, players will use fluid water physics to construct aquatic exhibits for your new friends with walkways, heaters, and more.

The DLC will include more than 10 new creatures, 2 new missions, 3 new biomes, and over 20 different exhibit items and hats. The officially confirmed dinosaurs include:
  • Elasmosaurus (looks like Loch Ness Monster)
  • Plesiosaurus (Like the Elasmosaurus, but different)
  • Mosasaurus (like taking a Plesiosaurus, and replacing the long neck with a gator head)
  • Atopodentatus (looks like a 6ft long lizard platypus hybrid, but with a funnier beak)
  • Sarcosuchus (a 25ft long Mega Croc)
  • Archelon (A giant, snapping sea turtle)
  • Dunkleosteus (a giant piranha fish with an armored face)
  • Liopleurodon (like the Mosasaurus, but thinner)
  • Ichthyosaurus (looks like a plump dolphin that does crime)
  • Placodus (looks like a fat iguana the size of a dog)
  • Megalodon (a 65ft long shark, often seen in movies)
The DLC is already listed on Steam, with a release date of Spring 2022. The description in thereveal trailer above claims that the Nintendo Switch version of the game will get the DLC on April 28, so we can assume the PC version will get it some time sooner. An official price has not been listed. But since the base game is only $25, we cant imagine the DLC will be too costly.

Were a sucker for a good management game, adding in dinosaurs only makes it better, throw in the Megalodon and were ecstatic. We cant wait for the DLC to drop so we can wrangle these watery beasts for ourselves.
