At the Bethesda press conference, it was revealed that Orion, a new game streaming service, has launched. This technology will improve the experience of game streaming. It will stream games 20 percent faster. It will also effectively reduce the cost of bandwidth. You'll be able to stream games at max settings, even if you live far away from a data center.

But can it play DOOM?

Well, yes.

In native 4K resolution at 60 frames per second.

In fact, DOOM 2016 was played on mobile using the Orion tech. And it was oh... so smooth.

Looks pretty sweet; hopefully, it will become viable tech in the near future.

NOTE: Unfortunately, there's proper video clip up at the moment, but we will upload once one is discovered.
