The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening Remake looks fantastic. We can't wait to play. Fortunately, we won't have to wait too long. The official Link's Awakening release date was revealed at the end of a new trailer.

Revealed at E3, the gameplay-focused trailer shows off various aspects of the upcoming adventure game. We see familiar things like combat and environment, as well as new features like dungeon making. The trailer ends with an official release date.

The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening will release on September 20, 2019, on the Nintendo Switch.

As for the dungeon making: Players can collect various dungeon rooms throughout the game. By talking with the right NPC, players can connect these rooms together into their own fully fledged dungeon. Players can then explore these dungeons to their heart's content.

To further celebrate the game. Nintendo will be releasing a new Amiibo based on Link's Awakening. This will be releasing on the same day as the game.
