Digimon isn't gone just yet, but it's not exactly here yet, either. The upcoming Action RPG Digimon Survive has been delayed into 2020.

Anime Expo 2019 took place this weekend. At the event, Bandai Namco participated in a panel called Future of Digimon. Here, they confirmed that Digimon Survive would be delayed until 2020.

Announced last year, Digimon Survive features a strange new world of monsters and danger set in the Digimon universe, featuring a new protagonist, Takuma Momozuka. The game combines 3D effects and environment with 2D classic sprites.

Digimon Survive will release on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC sometime in 2020.
