Blizzcon was this weekend, so of course, news feeds are clogged with all kinds of Blizzard news, not just the Sombra one. Not only did Blizzcon give us information on the latest Hearthstone expansion, The Mean Streets of Gadgetzan, we also got some new content announced for Blizzard's oft-forgotten hack-and-slash extravaganza, Diablo 3.

Namely, the return of one of the favorite classes from Diablo 2, the sinful yet righteous warrior for the light who fights in the night, the Necromancer!

This expansion, called The Rise of the Necromancer, has the female and male necromancer class, a new pet, two slash tabs, and two new character slots. It'll be available for download in 2017, at an undisclosed price. Hopefully, not too much, as it looks pretty cool, all things considered, although I wonder how they'll make the Necromancer distinct from the Witch Doctor...?

We'll have to find out.
