Brawlhalla, the hit free-to-play fighting game, is coming to mobile devices with full cross-play support.

The official Brawlhalla YouTube account released a new video, announcing that the game will be releasing on iOS and Android devices sometime in 2020.

Those not wanting to wait might have a chance to play the mobile version early by signing up for a closed test beta. Those selected will be given early access to the mobile version of the game for stress tests and bug testing purposes. More information about that can be found on the official website.

Developed by Blue Mammoth Games and published by Ubisoft, Brawlhalla initially released on PC in 2017 (with alpha and beta phases available before that). The combat system features a "damage increases knockback" similar to Nintendo's Super Smash Bros. In the following year, it would release on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. It's success would lead to special guest fighters such as Rayman.

Free to play, the game uses a rotating pool of free fighters to play as, with the option to permanently purchase access to these fighters. Players can also purchase unique customization for their fighters using the same microtransaction system.
