You have no idea how inaccurate your statement is if you played it once. Haha that damn engine in the game needs to be optimized bad and therefore it needs a half decent PC with a good video card to run. Iphone would have a melt down trying to render one frame!
Actually I have played it and know how shitty it looks even @ 1920x1200 w/ Max Settings
