But for real aficionados of the game, then seeing the end of the “Starcraft II trilogy" must be a pretty exciting moment for them. It all started with the Base game, Wings of Liberty, which focused on the humans—the next expansion, Heart of the Swarm, which turned to look at the Zerg, and now, we only have to wait on Legacy of the Void, which will focus on the Protoss.

It’s been a long five year journey, and it’s looking to be ending soon; reports from eSport venues and various media outlets that Blizzard has requested they submit for access to the game’s beta. Historically, Blizzard only does this when the beta is ready to play, so many venues are suggesting the game will be ‘released’ in the next few weeks.
Of course, that doesn’t mean much for the casual consumer. As in past cases, Blizzard only hands out beta keys to certain figures of the press and professional players at first, and slowly hands out more as time goes on; so while professional eSport players will get to see the end of the Starcraft II story before long, the rest of ya’ll have a wait still.
Just one more reason why you should have been born Korean and gotten gud.
