Dragon Age: Trespasser is the Next Big DLC

And it just might trespass into my wallet.

Dragon Age: Inquisition has been out for a year now, and while some would argue it’s since been outshone by other RPGs in that time (Namely The Witcher, possibly Bloodborne) it still remains an amazing game and a quintessential chapter in the Dragon Age story. Thus far, the DLC has reflected that quality, more or less, but with the latest DLC reveal at this year’s PAX Prime, Bioware may have outdone itself—I think we might have on our hands a Citadel-level expansion coming to Dragon Age: Inquisition, and I want it. Want it bad.

Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce you to Trespasser.

Trespasser tells an entirely new story, set two years after the main game. The story explores what it's like to be a world-saving organization when the world no longer needs saving. It's a chance to meet and talk with old friends, to uncover a new threat, and ultimately decide the fate of the Inquisition you worked so hard to build. It might just contain hints about the future of Thedas, too.

A proper epilogue is something Dragon Age Inquisition desperately needs, something you’d know if you finished the game. This expansion is only available to play on characters who finished the main storyline (obviously), and should have loads of new content for us to enjoy. It’ll also be coming out pretty soon, September 8th, so if you needed a reason to pick up the game to finish it, this might be it.

If, you know, the engaging story, amazing characters and thrilling combat wasn’t enough.

I really like this game guys.
