The Processor:

AMD A6-6400K 3.9GHz Socket FM2 Desktop Processor - Black Edition
This is what they call a high-end budget processor! It lives in the shadow of the Intel i3's but does hold up well to most modern games and is "decent" with multitasking. The benchmarking is pretty decent as well which can be seen over at www.cpubenchmark.com.
The Motherboard:

MSI A55M-E35 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
MSI's new Military Class 4 components support you while you are questing, racing, battling and shooting your way to the top. The Memory (RAM):

G.SKILL AEGIS 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Desktop Memory
When it comes to gaming, winning is everything. It's also layered with a sleek, gamer-styled heat shield, offering bragging rights for gamers in and out of the game.

MSI Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB 128-bit Video Card - $79.99 after $10 MIR w/$10 off code AFNJ3700 + Free Shipping at Newegg.com, exp 5/18
It's hard to go wrong with 1,000mhz core clock, 1 gig ram, HDMI and Display Ports not to mention the host of features the MSI software suite offers. The bitrate isn't the highest at 128 but you're aiming for just enough to play on medium settings so that's all you really need. Overall, a solid video card from a solid brand.
