Command and Conquer: Red Alert 2 Strategies Help

Hey gamers! Do you have strategies for Command and Conquer: Red Alert 2 that you can share with me and to other gamers? Me and my cousin always battle but I can't beat him. I always find his weaknesses but he has a counter-attack plan and he still beat the crap out of my troops even though his troops are weakened. If I knew a brilliant strategy, I might beat him for even once.

Need more specifics. What's his favorite faction to play as? What are you going against him as? What are you sending at him, what kind of troops and what is he defending with, etc?

Well, when I use Mirage Tanks and Prism Tanks, he uses Apocalypses, Conscripts and Dreadnoughts. (when there is water near his base.). Then I changed faction to Soviet after one match, I used 8 V3 Rockets, Kirov Airships and Apocalypses then he uses 15 IFVs, 5 Repair IFVs, 10 Prism Tanks, and then 30+ GIs. He doesn't use buildups for defense

Well you need to learn harassment tatics, rush him, send an IFV with an engineer, take over a building or construction yard. Go after his harvesters early on, take one out, that will put a dent in his money and slow him from teching up. The game is mainly about harassment and making sure your opponent's economy isn't doing so good.
