I have never wanted to write one of these until today. I am not a big movie watcher but this has to be one of the best adaptations from a book or comic ever. The 'bad' acting is people acting just like the characters in the comic that I bought over the course of 12 months when it first came out 20 years ago. The guys naked in the comic so he's naked in the movie(what a concept.) Nixon's a parody in the comic and in the movie. The ending in the movie is actually more realistic than in the original so I have to give them credit for that as well.
