I love all the Halo series, especially Halo 3.
In my opinino Halo1 had the best story and then Halo3 with Halo2 being a simple fill between the two. The best of the three games has to be Halo3 though as it has the best gameplay and weapons handling...
P.s Does no one else on the forum type more than four words?

lol, sometimes we do. 
Halo 3 wins for best graphics obviously. Halo 1 and Halo 3 are neck and neck to me, each has their own benefit it seems.

If Halo 1 had the graphic and some of the weapons from Halo 3 I would probably say Halo 1 was best but thats just the way it goes with changing tech and all...

i agree halo1 is great and all but halo3 is way better and you get more grenades and wepend selection

Indeed it doesn't the story was the best as it was not over complicated and was just master cheif battling to save the human race. And in the gameplay you could randomly fly off into the distance if killed by a grenade or rocket. (good times = ) ...)

i agree halo 1 was always my fav of the halo games. it was the whole expirience of being in a place where you had no idea wat was going on or what it was like. the newness of the game was what made it amazing!!!

I believe Halo 3 is the best seeing as teh multiplayer system has been improved however, Halo 1 PC is about even for me because of Custom Edition.

Yeah I would have to agree that Halo1 is the best as far as the story goes but Halo3 is the best for graphics and weapons.

I like the story throughout really. Minus Halo 2's ending, lol. But yeah, Halo story was original.

I think thats why I didn't really play alot of Halo2 it's ending kinda sucked.
