So I just read that SyFy channel just announced around 15 reality shows in next seasons schedule and only around 4 scripted shows which only one of which deals with sci fi (bsg blood and chrome) and even it only has a pilot confirmed.

WTF happened to this channel? ugh

A sample of some of their new shows...

"Dinner with Deepak", "Tyler Shields" and "Ovethunk"?

and here's the best... a new saturday night movie coming...

I gave up on that channel a while ago. Used to be there were some fun entertaining shows to watch, but now they've gone the way of every other station - reality TV BS. <_<

I don't even watch SCI FI channel anymore since I get Stargate Universe through iTunes now. Up until then that was literally the only thing I wanted to watch on that channel.
