I wonder how those who purchased the paid version feel about this...

Well, this can potentially make PES fans a little bothered--though it was released just a couple months ago, Konami seems to be already planning to release a free-to-play version of the soccer title.

The information was found on the Australian Classification Board--it listed Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 Free to Play, but nothing else was shared.

Will fans honestly be angry if the free-to-play version released? I wonder what the microtransactions would be like anyway... cosmetic or pay-to-win? So many questions, so few answers.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2016, which scored a 4.5 out of 5 on Metacritic, released for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC September 15, 2015.
