Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Since it's turkey time, many developers and news-creators are spending their days at home, enjoying friends, family, faith, and everything they have to be thankful for. But Thanksgiving is more than just about family, friends, faith, and giving thanks--it's also a great time to announce a special edition of that game that came out three years ago. You know, the one named after a type of hat.

Yes, Fez. A well-regarded game at the time, it was quickly soiled by the creator, Phil Fish, turning out to be something of a jerk and a homophobe. He had a Twitter blow-out, officially quit game design, and is now doing something. Dunno what, exactly. But, for some reason, he came out of retirement just long enough to create this limited edition of his well-regarded game, which you can buy for the low, low price of 100 bucks.

So, what's special about this Limited edition? Both the game and the OST is packed in a small hardcover red book, which can be used to take notes or draw dickbutt into with your finest quill. It's quite lovely, all things considered, and only 500 will ever be released, but still, the timing is a bit odd, you think?

Well, if it strikes your fancy, you can pre-buy it now, but it won't officially go on sale until the 18th of December. Is this just Phil Fish looking to get some spending money for Christmas? Or the prelude to his grand return to the gaming world?

Here's a hint: probably not. But still. It's a nice lookin' special edition.  Maybe not worth a hundred bucks for a game that's currently being sold on Steam for five bucks, but... if you really need a new notebook...?
